How To Look Nice

One of the most important things about how you show yourself to the digital world is how nice you look. If that’s too lame an adjective, let me fire some stronger synonyms at you: attractive, pretty, appealing, elegant, classy, ravishing etc etc. You get the idea.

There’s no excuse for putting out stuff that’s ugly, horrible, hideous or just plain awful, given the preponderance and simplicity of readily available, inexpensive (or free) tools.

Here are some of the tools my team uses to make us look nice:

www.pexels.com – effectively unlimited supply of glorious free images to download and use as you will
www.canva.com – funky and delightfully simple canvas for making social posts, memes, brochures and anything else you might use expensive design platforms for
www.activecampaign.com – good value email campaign software that can help your broadcasts be plain and simple or jazzy and jaw-dropping
www.wordpress.com – It’s been said many times, many ways, but if you can’t bring your idea to brilliant life with a WordPress website, it’s probably your idea that’s rubbish

So there’s some of our design secrets at TSP. Here’s to looking NICE.

Let’s get on with it!
Jonny

PS – The Car? Well that’s nice, isn’t it?
