- People want what they can’t have
- People chase that which moves away from them, and
- People only value that which they pay for
So, when you’re creating your programmes, don’t make them always available, start and finish them at a specific time, and make sure they’re sold at the right price, not given away.
That’s also a great way to keep your business stable, flourishing and easy to manage.
